Fuel oil is a viscous liquid with a dark color. It is mainly a residual product, which is formed after distillation of crude oil and extraction of lighter distillates from it. This petroleum product has found wide application in various fields of industry, economic activities and even in the home. It should be noted that there is also an alternative way of obtaining fuel oil, which is associated with the secondary processing of gasoline, gasoil and kerosene compounds at certain temperatures. Fuel oil is classified as a product of the fourth class of hazard, which means that it has minimal potential for harm to human health.

In Russia, the production of fuel oil is regulated by GOST 10585-2013. In the market it is represented by three main brands, we work with the brand M-100, but we can provide other brands on order:

Fuel oil M-100 – also belongs to the category of furnace fuel oil, but in its production, gasoil fractions are added to the source material. An important characteristic of this fuel oil is the presence of special additives that ensure high-quality fuel combustion even at low temperatures.

Its density ranges from 965 to 1015 kilograms per cubic meter.

6.2 The site administration undertakes to:

7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1 The Administration of the site is responsible for willful disclosure of the User’s Personal Data in accordance with the applicable law, except as provided by clauses. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy

7.2 In case of loss or disclosure of Personal Data, the Administration of the site is not responsible if this confidential information:

7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Administration of the site.

7.2.3. Was obtained by third parties through unauthorized access to the site files.

7.2.4. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.

7.3 The User is responsible for the legality, correctness and truthfulness of the provided Personal Data in accordance with the current legislation.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1 Before filing a claim with the court on disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the site and the Administration of the site, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2 The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, shall notify the applicant of the claim in writing of the results of consideration of the claim.

8.3 In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to a judicial body for consideration in accordance with the current legislation.

8.4 The current legislation applies to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Administration of the site.

9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

9.1 The Administration of the site has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.

9.2 The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its placement on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
