Polymer Bitumen Binders

Polymer Bitumen Binders (PBB) are materials based on conventional bitumen with the addition of polymers such as SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene) and plasticizers. These innovative compositions differ from conventional bitumen with improved characteristics and offer a number of advantages:

Improved resistance to deformation: SBS polymers give PBV a unique resistance to mechanical deformation, making it a reliable material for a variety of construction and road projects.

Improved high and low temperature properties: PBR maintains its integrity and elasticity under extreme temperature conditions, ensuring the durability and reliability of waterproofing and road pavements.

Enhanced Wear Resistance: PBV materials have outstanding wear and abrasion resistance properties, making them an ideal choice for heavily used surfaces.

PBV grades include:

According to GOST R 52056-2003: 40, 60, 90, 130, 200

According to GOST R 58400.1-2019: PG 52-16, PG 58-22, PG 58-28, PG 64-22, PG 64-28, PG 64-34, PG 70-22, PG 70-28, PG 70-34, PG 76-22, PG 76-28, PG 76-34, PG 76-40, PG 82-22, PG 82-34

According to EN14023:2010: RMV 25/55-60 (PBV-40), RMV 40/100-65 (PBV-60), RMV 75/30-55 (PBV-90), RMV 45/80-55 (PBV-40), RMV 45/80-65 (PBV-40), RMV 65/105-60 (PBV-60), RMV 35/55-55 (PBV-40), RMV 65/105-48 (PBV-60), RMV 40/100-75 (PBV-60), RMV 65/105-75 (PBV-60), RMV 75/130-75 (PBV-60), PMB 25/55-65 (PBV-40), PMB 40/100-48 (PBV-60).

These grades provide a variety of characteristics, allowing you to select the most appropriate PBV for specific construction and infrastructure projects. PBV materials are a reliable and effective solution for waterproofing and creating durable road surfaces.
